Typically I work with clients that want to improve their mental wellness and wellbeing through creativity. You and I together choose specific art activities that are clinically proven to be helpful with your specific concerns that you might enjoy and we explore what is helpful and find creative strategies to support improving your mental and physical well being. Art therapy for wellness is a creative journey between you and I, and also your own relationship with yourself to discover what may be helpful through creativity.

I offer creative strategies to you that can address mental and physical symptoms you are finding challenging. I am person centered, and work in partnership with you in order to provide you the best care. I practice from a CBT, Narrative, ACT, mindfulness and gratitude lens in a creative way that supports authentic care for your wellbeing and support.
Please contact me for a free consultation to see if art therapy is right for you. Because I am someone who feels a person needs to feel connection with their therapist, it is important we discuss your concerns and see if I am the right fit for you.
