I have helped many clients work through issues of depression, anxiety, stress, and communication challenges. The clients I work with often report that the work we do helps them to communiate their thoughts, feelings and goals more clearly. My clients have told me that as they are better able to communicate, they notice their relationships with others improve. Or, they say they manage stress and anxiety in proactive and healthy ways. Other clients tell me that our work has helped them to regain control of their life.

I provide psychological counselling and psychometric assessment. I offer Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Committment Therapy (ACT). I am able to provide a broad range of educational, memory, IQ, learning, personality, trauma, addictions, and ADHD assessments. I have experience working with insurance and lawyers.

When I start a session my first goal is to hear and understand your story. As you share and I listen, I will start to think about how to best help you. Therapy begins as I confirm with you what I am hearing, and then share my thoughts on what steps could be taken to help. After that we will work together to make the plan that best meets your needs.
