I help people with and without ADHD feel more fulfilled and in control of their lives by learning to regulate their emotions, manage negative thoughts, and get into action (even when they are feeling stuck and overwhelmed!) I have extensive experience working with adults, young adults, and youth navigating ADHD, perfectionism, stress/anxiety, depression, self-harm, and relationship concerns. I'm also happy to support with grief, trauma, ASD, existential concerns, and strengthening one's Christian faith. I'm a huge believer that we are not meant to live life alone. If you feel like you've been living life alone, I'm here for you.

While I work with all ages and genders (including people who identify as part of the queer community) navigating a variety of complex concerns and life transitions, my specialties are ADHD and Christian counselling! As a woman who was diagnosed with ADHD in 2022, I understand both the struggles and superpowers that come from living with ADHD.

To provide flexible and targeted services for ADHDers, I offer ADHD coaching-based psychotherapy and traditional clinical counselling focusing on ADHD. I meet you where you are at to help you grow into your desired version of self! My 90-minute psychotherapy coaching service includes phone/text accountability in between sessions to drive momentum!

Sliding scale: apply if you may be eligible

Specialized ADHD coaching-based psychotherapy with structure and accountability (to best support ADHDers) is available for $250 for a 90-minute session PLUS one 15-minute check-in call or texts between sessions. / 60-minute counselling sessions are $150 and can focus on any mental health topic.
