I’m Joshua Berg, a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (candidate) and Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist. I help men who feel stuck in shame, fear, or anxiety, often caught in the belief that they’re not enough or unsure how to move forward. These struggles can quietly take over and begin to affect your relationships, your career, and your sense of self.
Many of the men I work with question if the path they’re on is truly right. I’ve been there too. Therapy was a turning point in my life and taught me what it means to live with honesty and direction. Now I help men move from self-doubt to clarity, reclaiming their identity and living with confidence, peace, and purpose.
