Empowering ADHD Skills Group
Pick up strategies, tips, and skills to tackle your problems with attention (ADHD, ADD). In each one-hour virtual session, we cover topics ranging from organization, time management, focus, procrastination, impulsivity, forgetfulness, interpersonal and social skills, and more. Sessions are one-hour weekly for four weeks and our first group begins on January 8th, 2024 at 8pm. This service is billed as a psychological service and may be billed under your insurance provider.
