About
Therapy Collective utilizes a multi-therapist approach to client care. What does this mean for you? Having the benefit of matching your presenting concerns with the therapist whose strengths and approach are best suited to your process. This might mean engaging with more than one of our therapists during your time to meet all of your therapeutic goals. Our therapists cover everything from processing complex trauma through Cognitive-HypnoTherapy to providing anxiety-reducing techniques. Our team is trained across a variety of approaches and modalities to ensure you receive comprehensive care.
Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or stressed? Worried about your child's behaviour? Feeling the stressors that accompany being an athlete? Suffering from ADHD or narcissistic abuse? Struggling in your relationships? Recovering from addiction? Challenges with sexual compulsivity or intimacy? Curious about your attachment style? We've got you covered!
Whether you prefer to work from a talk therapy lens, a somatic therapy (brain+body) lens, an art therapy lens, or maybe you're unsure how to even begin the work- we're here to help! We can navigate this process together and help you discover what works best for YOU.

Therapy Collective Inc 's Groups
Living In Recovery
Living in Recovery is a voluntary 26 - or 52 - week in-person recovery skills group, in compliance with current AHS Covid- 19 protocols . Each group is 2 hours and 15 minutes , client -driven, and process oriented. Our focus is to foster healthy connections with others in the early stages of recovery . We aim to re-enforce foundational skills and knowledge learned in treatment through exploring recovery -based topics such as: daily challenges in early recovery, boundary setting, transitioning from 24/7 support and routines to home life, family, friends, work, and more . Additionally, we offer random urine drug testing using the 12 -panel test cups.
