Life is full of challenges, obstacles, and ups and downs. Navigating through those experiences can be scary and overwhelming when done alone. I am committed to providing client-centered, evidence-based therapeutic practice in an empathic and non-judgmental environment. Together, we will focus on learning and growth from an individual perspective helping to facilitate change within one’s life. My work draws upon EMDR, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Somatic Therapy and traditional talk therapy. Together, we will explore thoughts and emotions to gain a sense of self-awareness and to build authenticity within one’s life.
Jake Farmer is a new psychologist joining the Theory of Mind Psychology practice and is looking to take on new clients.
