Hi & welcome! I’m a clinical therapist who works closely with young adults & teens, university students, and adults up to age 40 navigating various challenges. I support people experiencing substance use and addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and emotions that feel intense or overwhelming. I also work with young adults moving through life transitions, students managing the pressures of school, and adults working in high-stress & hands-on professions.
I see therapy as a space to slow down, understand yourself, and figure out what you need.
My approach is relaxed, relatable, and authentic. An important focus for me is on building a strong therapeutic relationship while giving you the space to take the lead at your own pace. I want therapy to feel natural and safe, never forced - especially if you are feeling a little hesitant.
I am formally trained in several therapies and approaches (including EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, & extensive formal addiction certifications).
