I work with adults navigating childhood trauma, PTSD, narcissistic abuse, and the challenges of emotionally immature parents. I work with clients who are ready to engage in deep therapy work to break from people-pleasing, self-doubt, codependency and exhaustion. I help client with clarity, validation, and support. I specialize in trauma recovery, childhood trauma and narcissistic abuse, combined with a compassionate, empowering approach that focuses on post traumatic growth. Your goals are top of mind.
