At The Therapy Nest, your mental well-being is our top priority. We use a trauma-informed approach specifically designed to help clients manage their lives. Our commitment goes beyond just helping you manage symptoms and its associated challenges like depression, anxiety, eating disorders, addictions, and more; we aim to support you in thriving despite these difficulties. How do we help? We teach you simple and useful strategies you can use right away.
First, we teach you emotional regulation skills. This takes about three to five months of bi-weekly sessions. Next, we jump into special treatments (e.g. Brainspotting). Then, we may move into cognitive behaviour therapy sessions (diaries and tracking moods), meeting once a month.
We believe that everyone has inherent goodness, and our current circumstances don't define who we are .Our approach is to uplift individuals gently but powerfully, enabling them to reach their fullest potential. Remember, you're not alone. If you need support, please reach out.
