Our practice is rooted in trauma-informed, culturally and racially responsive services for ADULTS, but we are now offering in-person services for YOUTH up to the age of 18 years old in Saint John, New Brunswick. This service is offered by Emily Russell on our team. Many of our therapists have lived experience with neurodivergence and are certified ADHD service providers. We're also trauma-informed, which means we create a space that’s not only ADHD-affirming but also deeply safe.
Many of our therapists have lived experience with ADHD and are certified across Canada. We understand how your brain works, and we tailor therapy to fit you. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, burnout, or just trying to stay afloat, we have ADHD friendly tools to help you!
