Happily accepting new clients- ages 6+. Feel on edge often?— anxious, overwhelmed, and quicker to anger than you want to be? Maybe the smallest things set you off, you’re snapping at your family, and then you’re left feeling guilty or ashamed afterward. You might lie awake replaying conversations, overthinking everything, and wondering why you can’t just feel calmer. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone — and it doesn’t mean you’re a bad person. It usually means you’re carrying too much for too long without enough support.

Happily accepting new clients. Feeling disconnected from your partner? Finding yourselves stuck in the same arguments, struggling to communicate, or unsure how to move forward together? Perhaps you care deeply about one another but are finding that stress, hurt, misunderstandings, or past experiences are getting in the way of the relationship you want.
I offer a warm, non-judgmental space for folks to explore what is happening within their relationship. I also work with neurodivergent and autistic individuals. Therapy can provide space to better understand one another and work as a team.

You have spent years being there for everyone else. Somewhere along the way, you may have lost touch with yourself.
You have cared for your family, built a career, carried responsibilities, and kept going—even when it was hard. Now, something feels different. Maybe the kids have grown, work has changed, a relationship has ended, or you are grieving a loss. Or perhaps nothing happened at all—you just woke up one day and realized you don’t quite recognize yourself anymore. You may find yourself wondering, What happened to me? Who am I now? How do I incorporate what matters most to me into this stage of life?

I enjoy working with people of all ages, especially youth! I feel honoured to support clients through life's challenges, transitions, and growth. My approach is strengths-based, focusing on the resilience and unique qualities each person brings. I strive to create a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. Through empathy, active listening, and genuine connection, I work to build an authentic therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, collaboration, and respect. Together, we can explore challenges and work toward meaningful change.
