I am a big believer in having strong people in your corner, who can hold up a mirror for you gently so you can work towards your goals. My goal is to help you connect to your goals and my approach is a partnership. I've been told I have a warm demeanour and people feel at ease with me.

I use a bio-psycho-social framework, while employing different philosophies to ensure a diverse understanding of our humanity. I integrate Eastern & Western models, and view spirituality as a core part of our identity. My work is also heavily rooted in neuro-psychology, nervous system & relationship/attachment sciences.
