Hi, The Practice provides psycho social counselling services to individuals and couples with a special focus on women's life matter and relationship matters. Whether you are a women moving through the transitions of mid life, a new couple looking to create a secure functioning relationship or a woman or couple living through betrayal it is my intention to provide a safe space with evidence based care so that you can feel seen, heard, and connected. As humans we heal and grown in relationships.
