Hello! To those out there who are either neuro-questioning self-identifying, or have been diagnosed as neurodivergent (ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, SPD, PDA, etc..). Sometimes this process can be confusing, surprising or a relief. It can leave people with questions of what to do next.
I support clients to have a deeper understanding of their own executive function difficulties, sensory issues, overwhelm, social struggles, rejection sensitivity, interest-based nervous system, emotion dysregulation, sleep disturbances and nervous system vulnerabilities. We try out new strategies that feel authentic to them.
I am a RCC, ADHD coach and art therapist with over 25 years of experience working in the counselling field. I focus on client’s having self-awareness about their uniqueness and how they process the world. The objective isn’t to adapt to neuro normative behaviour but to understand themselves, identify where they have strengths, and address challenges.
I offer in-person (and virtual) sessions at my office in the quaint village of Deep Cove. My space is cozy and kid friendly. Often one of my dogs will be hanging around to provide additional support.
