Anxiety, Trauma, Emotional Regulation, Self-Esteem and Relationship Issues are where I focus. I tend to work a lot with male clients starting therapy for the first time, and female clients who are looking for a different approach from their previous therapist.
I fucking love my job, because I get the honour of partnering with people in doing the difficult work of instigating real change in their lives.

I employ an Integrated approach, drawing from mindfulness, somatic, polyvagal, IFS and AEDP as theoretical foundations. Ultimately, I hope to provide a space where it's ok to not be ok, a place to say the things out loud that are too heavy or scary to say normally, & a place to learn what you can do differently moving forward.
