We create therapy sessions that are tailored to your unique needs. In a safe, non-judgmental space, we specialize in addressing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, ADHD, grief, and attachment, to name a few. We are trained in CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS, Grief Work, Play Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
