Groups
Healing Narratives
A group therapy/support platform for individuals with limited or no benefits at a minimal cost. The group is focused on South Asian women and is starting in November, 2023. It will run for 10 weeks for 1.5 sessions/week. The participants can speak English, Hindi/Urdu. Anyone who feels they have a burden to carry, an experience to heal from and a desire for self-discovery can be part of it. The participants will be provided with invoices/receipts to get reimbursed from their benefits. We will meet virtually.
