We're here when you're ready.
Our Team
People usually come to work with me for one of two reasons. One, you've been wanting to try therapy for a long, long time and while you don't necessarily feel "ready", you're going to do it anyway. You have a sense that your upbringing or your past are impacting your present, and you'd like some support to work through this. Or two, you are not coping well. You know the tools and the strategies but you don't feel they are working as well as they could, or you don't feel you can access these strategies in the midst of the pain you are in.

Hi, I’m Anna—a Registered Psychotherapist, former teacher, business leader, and basketball player. I’ve also lived with type 1 diabetes for over 30 years, and that experience has shaped both my life and my work. I understand what it’s like to carry something invisible. The questions, the fear, the frustration, and the strength that can develop alongside it.

Looking for a calm, gentle space where you can show up exactly as you are? I’m here for you. Whether you need to be heard, you’re feeling stuck, you want to get to the heart of your emotions, or you simply need some space to be silent and to breathe, my commitment is to meet you with warmth, compassion, and acceptance. I practice therapy with an integrative approach that is trauma-informed, culturally-sensitive, and focused on self-compassion. I incorporate evidence-based modalities such as EFT and IFS to help individuals navigating anxiety, stress, loneliness, burnout, and relationship turmoil.

I am a gentle, friendly and open person who believes deeply in the benefits of therapy. I am passionate about supporting mental wellness and exploring skills that will work for you. Stressful situations (though difficult) are often a point of growth and development. I encourage individuals to have self- compassion in their lives and find the learning that our tough times bring us.

You may feel exhausted from holding everything together while carrying pain others cannot see. In therapy, you deserve a space where your story is heard without judgment. If painful memories, trauma, grief, or anxiety keep resurfacing in your life, therapy can help you process those experiences and regain a sense of stability and control. My practice supports individuals navigating trauma, PTSD, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, and life transitions. Together, we work to understand your experiences and strengthen your resilience.

Life’s journey is unique, and as the expert of your own experiences, I am here to walk alongside you as we navigate the complexities together. I believe in creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can make therapy whatever you need it to be—whether it’s for deep exploration, emotional release, or practical problem-solving. Your voice guides the process, and together we’ll work on strategies for growth and healing.

Perhaps you’ve been carrying things on your own for a long time. Maybe you’re navigating questions around identity, relationships, or belonging, or living with the lingering impact of experiences that changed how you see yourself and the world. You may feel high-functioning on the outside while internally overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand. You might have plenty of insight into why you feel the way you do, but find that understanding alone hasn’t been enough to create change. You want support that goes deeper than surface-level strategies and gets to the root of what you’re carrying.
