Bravo on taking the first step of your journey! Finding the right therapist is not easy, and there is hope! Our team is here to help. We hope to give you enough information here to determine if we would be a good fit. Feel free to book a free 15 minute video consultation or book a session through our website. We work with individuals and couples on-line. Susan and Beck are under the direct supervision of the Clinic Director, Melissa Johari. Melissa is a Qualifying AAMFT Approved Supervisor, and offers supervision services to Social Workers and Psychotherapists.
Using an integrative approach, we help to intervene by strengthening the growth areas and navigating the negative cycle that may be taking place in your relationship. We primarily use the Gottman Method, in combination with Emotionally Focused Therapy, PrepEnrich, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Strengths-Based, Solution Focused, and Internal Systems Therapy.
My team would love to work with you to support you in achieving your individual or couple goals. You can have a free 15 minute consultation to determine whether we would be a good fit. We offer secure video counselling, and limited space for in-person counselling at Portico Church in Mississauga.
