My focus of my practice is that of relationship therapy. Relationship to self, others and the world is extremely important for healthy living. When something gets in the way of good relationship then sometimes it is really important to have a third parties insight into what might be going wrong and how to make changes to overcome what might be standing in the way. I see children, teens, individuals, couples, and families. We offer: marital, anger management, domestic violence, addiction and relapse prevention, weight loss, anxiety, depression, conflict resolution, trauma resolution, supervision, and Christian counselling programs.
I am a relationship specialist. I can help by providing many years experience dealing with many issues. I am an anger management, domestic violence, family mediator, marriage and family therapist, social worker, psychotherapist, art psychotherapist, supervisor, trauma EMDR and addiction therapist. I work with depression, anxiety, trauma, conflict challenges.
