Our practice and approach is very much about meeting you where you are at. Together we will move forward in a safe and comfortable direction at a pace that you are comfortable with. We will help you better understand yourself, identify your triggers, and help you to meet and achieve your goals.
Individuals, couples and families have expressed a sense of comfort and a sense of safety. We also use art therapy, mindfulness and meditation in our therapy and have seen remarkable results. We have the ability to work with all age groups with a large variety of mental illnesses and addictions.
