I am a therapist and counselor with an MSW from Wilfred Laurier University and M. Ed from Saint Leo University with special training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for mental health challenges at the University of Toronto (OISE).
My counselling practice is a place that will put you at ease, let you explore, reflect, search and discover without being judged. It is a place where you can feel heard, understood and valued. I use goal oriented approaches to help make changes and break free of negative patterns.
My clinic offers therapy for issues related to mental health (anxiety, depression, anger, etc.), relationships, parenting, eating disorders and often a combination of many issues. We use Cognitive-Behavioral & Solution-Focused approach, Mindfulness and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, DBT and EMDR to tailor therapy to meet each individual client's needs.

Groups
Parents of Children with mental health issues
Parenting a child with mental health issues can be emotionally exhausting and leave you feeling empty and alone. This support group was created for moms to share with one another their experiences, feel support and encouragement and connect with other moms who are going through similar challenges. This support group will be facilitated by a registered social worker and meet in-person. Join other moms and know that you are not alone.
