Hi there! Welcome to my profile! I am a Social Worker, Registered Psychotherapist, & CRPO Clinical Supervisor offering compassionate therapy for those wanting to travel along the path towards healing & wellness. Therapy is both daunting & challenging so focus is to make it welcoming, empowering, & individualized to your needs. Some of my specialities are in treating trauma, anxiety, eating disorders, & addiction. Whether it be the above, life transitions, stress, depression, coping, or negative beliefs among many other things, I am here to walk along side you & support you in finding your own unique path forward towards thriving.
With a Masters in Counselling Psychology and Honours Bachelor of Behavioural Psychology, I provide a range of therapies to best suit your needs. I use an integrative approach with trainings in EMDR, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Trauma Focused CBT. Plus certifications in anxiety, grief, compassionate inquiry, and treating self destructive behaviours.
I look forward to joining you on your journey and working with you! Reading this and reaching out are some of the first steps towards growth and wellness. Sessions are available online in Ontario or in person in Kingston.
Additionally, I am also a CRPO Clinical Supervisor and provide supervision/consultation in individual, dyadic & group formats.
