I am a Social Worker and Registered Psychotherapist that offers evidence based and compassionate therapy for those willing to travel along the path towards flourishing and wellness. As life becomes increasingly complicated, I seek to provide unique and personalized therapy delivered to you in person or online to help you along your journey. I draw from a breadth of experience in correctional institutions, hospital settings, detox, addiction rehabs, crisis services, child and youth counselling agencies, adult mental health services, and with Kingston Police.
With a Masters in Counselling Psychology and Honours Bachelor of Behavioural Psychology, I provide a range of therapies to best suit your needs. I use an integrative approach & I am trained in EMDR, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Trauma Focused CBT. Plus certifications in anxiety, grief, compassionate inquiry, and treating self destructive behaviours.
