Our practice is rooted in the understanding that healing is not one-size-fits-all. We are a diverse, trauma-informed team of therapists dedicated to providing inclusive, affirming, and culturally responsive care. We offer in-person sessions in Calgary and virtual therapy across Canada. Taking the first step can be hard—we offer a free 15-minute consult to help you get started.
We offer individual, couples, family, and group therapy both in-person (Calgary) and online across Canada. Our team supports issues like trauma, anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, and identity exploration. We also offer direct billing and reduced-cost sessions for eligible clients.
Our therapists are trained in various modalities including: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
These approaches allow us to address a wide range of concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and more.
