Our compassionate and highly qualified team of therapists helps individuals, couples, and families cultivate stronger connections and develop effective strategies for managing anxiety, depression, trauma, relational challenges, and family tension. We draw on evidence-based approaches including PACT, CBT, EFT, and trauma-informed modalities like IFS and SE.
We know that carving out time for yourself isn't easy. That's why we offer flexible scheduling options, with morning, evening, and weekend availability at our Ottawa and Orleans offices, in addition to virtual sessions.
