I am a licensed Social Worker with a master’s degree in social work and am authorized to perform psychosocial intervention. My background in Social Work within the community and hospital settings has given me a unique perspective on individuals' resiliency, courage, and strength in adversity. I know that life can sometimes be challenging, lonely, and stressful and that you need someone who truly listens and understands during these moments. As a counselor, I provide an empathetic ear and collaborative support when you need it most.
I have extensive experience supporting individuals, couples, and parents to succeed when faced with various relationships and mental health challenges. From depression to stress, anxiety, trauma, grief, all types of abuse, etc. My therapeutic approach is not a one-size-fits-all. I will tailor interventions or combine techniques to suit your specific needs.
