About
People with ADHD are bright, empathetic, and creative. We often struggle with harnessing our uniquely wired brains to fit into a world built for neurotypicals. We know we are capable of so much more, but we're functioning well under that capacity. Examples of the issues we experience include time management, organization, remembering things and motivating ourselves to do things. Other forms of mental illness may accompany our ADHD. However, with some support, we can improve our systems for functioning in ways that are actually fun. We can also improve our intimate relationships, which makes life better all-round.
The ADHD & Relationship Centre has Coaches and Counsellors who offer couples and individual counselling as well as group support. Accessing support with managing your mental health and ADHD symptoms from compassionate and experienced practitioners who specialize in ADHD can be really healing.
You're welcome to reach out to book a no-pressure phone chat with a member of the team at The ADHD & Relationship Centre. What's most important is that YOU feel comfortable with the person you connect with in a counselling or coaching relationship, so we are happy to speak with you to see if it feels like a good fit.
