I am a social worker with more than fifteen years’ experience supporting the social and emotional development of youth, adults and couples. I offer a welcoming and affirming therapeutic space to explore your experiences, identify your strengths and help you develop strategies for living the life you want.
I work with individuals and couples experiencing a broad range of concerns and have expertise supporting youth transitioning to adulthood, individuals working through anxiety, building authentic self-esteem, adults forming satisfying relationships, positive parenting and productively navigating family conflict.
I use an integrative approach informed by solution and strengths-focused, recovery, trauma-informed, mindfulness models and empowerment and systems theories. My approach is warm, collaborative, culturally and racially sensitive, and family-centred. Together we can chart your path forward.
