Terrilee has been working with children, teens and families with experiences of trauma & mental health challenges in various capacities for 30+ years. I see many young adults transitioning to college or university and long term careers while navigating issues related to relationships, peers, independent living, motivation, study strategies, anxiety, ADHD and overall mental health. Finally, I also support adults struggling with anxiety, depression, sleep, ADHD, burnout, issues with relationships & trauma.

Groups
Learning to address your Anxiety for Adolescents
Over the course of 6 group sessions we will explore the symptoms and impact of anxiety, develop and practice skills to reduce it and use peer support to build self-esteem and communication skills. Current issues affecting youth will also be addressed such as the impact of technology on mental health. Every group includes a pre and post evaluation of participants and a pre and post group session for the parents of the participants.
