I have worked as a Counsellor / Therapist for 26 yrs. I specialize in Anxiety and Mood related issues as well as relationship conflict / stress. I utilize a blend of evidence based approaches, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral, Narrative and Emotion Focused Therapies. I provide services with compassion and respect, understanding that we are all individuals.
One of the most difficult things that is asked of clients, is to be vulnerable and talk about uncomfortable emotions, and hurtful - sometimes traumatic - experiences. Whether your difficulties are right on the surface, or deeply embedded - my goal is to listen and provide a respectful environment in which you can learn and grow.
