I hope to help you discover who you are meant to be, both as an individual or as a couple. I am registered social worker, with 15 years of counselling experience. I have a passion for my work and it shows in my commitment and dedication to my clients. My interest is working with adults either individually or as a couple.
My areas of expertise include anxiety disorders including panic disorder, social anxiety, and generalized anxiety. Also, separation, divorce, self-esteem, trauma, abuse, depression, and phase of life stressors. In 2017, I became a certified specialist in the grief recovery model which has advanced my skills in helping clients resolve issues related to grief and loss.
I work collaboratively with clients, in a non-judgmental, supportive environment, with compassion and empathy for each of my clients. Several clients have returned for services, as their experience has been positive; they have also recommended my services others. Trained in CBT, DBT, ACT, MBSR, Schema Therapy, and Grief Recovery Specialist.
