About
You may come to therapy for relief from depression, anxiety, fear or other stressors. Maybe you want to get to know yourself better, change patterns that are not working for you, or because you aspire to grow and be a better version of yourself. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space to navigate your way through life transitions, separation, doubt, difficult choices, grief, pain, trauma, stress, relationships or important life events such as marriage or the birth of a child. I hold a place for you to find your voice, explore options, invite different perspectives, discover your purpose and feel empowered.
My approach is to consider all aspects of physical, mental, emotional, spiritual health, collective family histories, lifestyle, food and nutrition in our time together. Being trauma and attachment informed, I understand how early experiences affect our brain, body, thoughts, emotions and relationships. I am an OCD and Anxiety related disorders specialist.
Childhood and life experiences, physical or mental state, addiction or family history may have created difficult circumstances. You may be in pain, sad, confused, exhausted, tired of being strong or pleasing others. Maybe you feel you're not enough or the idea of happiness is an illusion. Whatever your circumstance I can help you be your own agent of change.
