Through her work she provides guidance on a range of concerns, including marriage and relationship concerns, life transitions and identity. Terra uses a trauma-informed lens with respect for each of her clients unique experiences.
With over 20 years of experience, Terra has had the privilege of working with individuals from various cultures, abilities, and developmental stages. With an integrative therapeutic approach, she builds strong, trusting relationships through empathy and understanding and tailors her approach to fit your needs. She is certified in EMDR and the Gottman Method.
