I’m a Registered Psychologist with over 20 years of experience supporting children, teens, and families through private practice and my previous work within the school system. I hold a Master’s in School Psychology and a Master’s in Special Education. I’m also a mom of three so I understand firsthand the joys and challenges that come with growing up and parenting. I work with teens and young adults struggling with ADHD, social skills, emotional regulation, and executive functioning.
I also provide assessments for learning disabilities, intellectual delays, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). I am dedicated to delivering clear, practical recommendations that support success at home and at school.
As an ADHD coach, I help young people develop better strategies for managing time, focus, and motivation. I aim to create a safe, supportive space where people feel understood so they can build confidence in their ability to succeed.
I provide ADHD coaching for teens and I also support young adults up to age 25 if they are attending college or university.
