Hello, and welcome. I'm happy you're here. We move through the world as a sum of our experiences. Some of these experiences have made us feel unsafe, unsettled, or even unappreciated. It’s difficult to live and move when you don’t feel right in your own skin. Do you have goals, plans, or needs that aren't addressed? Let's look at them together. I'm straightforward and compassionate in my approach. I'm convinced what matters is authenticity and being real together while holding space for tender work. American Psychologist Stephen Porges has said “feeling safe is the treatment and creating safety is the work”.

My experience is in adult mental health, and my passion is working with those who have experienced traumatic injuries. My work includes (but is not limited to) helping PTSD, depression, and anxiety. I use a person-centred eclectic and strengths-based approach. Tools I may access include Compassionate Inquiry and EMDR.

I help create environments of safety, where I see what you’re bringing and work with you to uncover what needs your help. My approach is collaborative, respectful, responsive, and real. You have all the tools to help yourself within you, and I help create the space to find them.
