Through a compassionate, non-judgmental space, we work together toward a healthier future. It starts with one conversation.
Most people come to me for trauma and PTSD, anxiety, grief, addiction, or a relationship that keeps repeating the same argument. Sessions run 60 minutes by video across British Columbia, Ontario, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Newfoundland & Labrador, in English or Arabic. We begin with a free 15-20 minute consultation.
