I'm a Canadian Certified Counsellor working with trauma, PTSD, and couples, virtually across British Columbia. I offer sessions in Arabic and English.
My approach is practical rather than open-ended. I use EMDR and Internal Family Systems for trauma — both work without requiring you to narrate every detail of what happened — and the Gottman Method for couples. Above all, our approach is direct and gives honest feedback to help people reach their goals and higher self.
The first step is a free 15-minute conversation — no assessment, no commitment, just a chance to see whether this feels right. Sessions are by secure video anywhere in BC, so there's no waiting room and no commute. Sliding-scale spots are available if cost is a barrier. If you've been putting this off, that's normal.
