I offer an individualistic and holistic approach, specifically tailoring the treatment plan to suit your unique needs. I very much recognize the influence of the biological, psychological and social components of our lives that shape who we are and work to incorporate these in your journey towards healing. I have worked within a diverse variety of settings, with couples and individuals ages 12 and older.

I utilize a combination of treatment styles including CBT, EMDR, SFBT, DBT, crisis intervention, mindfulness, and more, all while incorporating compassionate, confidential and nonjudgmental support, in order to empower you to improve functioning and achieve your goals!
