I’ve faced my share of adversities, including loss, death of a parent, trauma, and, infertility, which has given me a profound understanding of what it means to hit rock bottom and find the strength to rise again. This lived experience, combined with my professional expertise, allows me to offer a unique blend of empathy and practical support. As a first-generation counsellor, I understand the unique struggles faced by immigrant families and BIPOC communities. My practice is grounded in empathy, cultural competence, and a commitment to social justice. I am to provide care that is both informed and deeply personal.
