< Welcoming New Clients > In troubling times, each of us need to feel compassionately supported, and to know healing is possible. I support adults of all backgrounds who are navigating personal challenges, including students in high school, college, and university. I also support educators and teachers.
I believe in a holistic approach to counselling and educate clients on the importance of integrating their mind, body, and spirit in the healing process. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness practices, Energy Healing, the Enneagram and more.
I provide counselling for issues ranging from anxiety, burnout, trauma, career and relationship transitions. Our work together is about acquiring skills that truly resonate so you feel more resilience, motivation, and inner peace. For clients who are open to spirituality and metaphysics, I also use teachings from various metaphysical and spiritual texts.
