When life’s challenges feel overwhelming, sometimes the support of a professional who can deeply listen and offer astute guidance and insight can make all the difference. I believe in a holistic approach to counselling and educate clients on the importance of integrating their mind, body, and spirit in the healing process. My specialty is working with clients who are in their late teens, 20s, 30s and 40s as they navigate various difficulties and transitions in their lives. Depending on what the client deems helpful, I incorporate tools such as Energy Healing, the Enneagram, Meditation, Affirmations, and Inner Child Work.
I utilize a client-centered approach, which is about helping you access your innate wisdom for lasting change. I provide counselling for issues ranging from trauma, anxiety, sexuality, career, relationship difficulties and more. Our work together is about acquiring skills that truly resonate so you feel more resilience, motivation, and inner peace.
For clients who are open to spirituality and metaphysics, I also use teachings from various metaphysical and spiritual texts.
