Accepting new clients! Many clients feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Together, we explore patterns shaped by past experiences while building practical tools to help clients move toward greater confidence, clarity, and self-compassion. I work well with teens, women, and members of the 2SLGBTQ+ community who are struggling with anxiety, trauma, stress, identity questions, self-doubt, family conflict, grief, or difficult relationships.
I offer a warm, trauma-informed approach and have a special interest in life transitions, identity/sexuality development, and difficult past experiences. As a former high school teacher and small business owner, I bring experience supporting people through stress and life transitions. I work under the close supervision of Aline Maia (RP).
Reaching out can feel intimidating, especially when you have been carrying things on your own for a long time. I aim to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and understood.
