Unscripted Therapy isn’t traditional therapy and that’s the point. This is a space rooted in embodiment, reclamation, and a radical rejection of systems that teach us to disconnect, shrink, or perform in order to be accepted.

My work is relational, anti-systemic, and grounded in deep presence. I hold space for all the parts of you, even the ones that feel scary to look at. Together, we’ll create a space where your body is listened to, your boundaries are honoured, and your truth is not only welcomed, but celebrated.
