As a therapist who goes to therapy, I speak from the heart when I talk about the vulnerability and courage it takes to reach out for support. As your therapist, my approach is Person-Centered and Strength-Based. My style is warm and collaborative, where I am committed to meeting you where you are, and offering a safe, non-judgmental and nurturing space - one dedicated to your healing journey. I prioritize building strong therapeutic bonds while recognizing the significance of trust, transparency and authenticity within that relationship. I am deeply passionate about providing therapy that honors the unique needs of each client.
I use an integrative approach combining therapeutic methods, including Narrative Therapy, Play-Based and Expressive Therapy, Nature-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Humanistic Therapy alongside traditional talk therapy.
I am authentic, and non-judgmental, with a touch of playfulness and humour when appropriate. I believe we are more than our hardest moments, and that laughter can be a powerful tool in healing.
