Using psychoeducation and the Mindsight approach of Dan Siegel, combined with Gordon Neufeld's attachment perspective, Ross Greene's collaborative problem solving, and Gabor Mate's compassionate inquiry method, I'll help you to understand the building blocks of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviour and how to manage them all.
