Are you feeling disconnected from others, anxious, experiencing self-doubt and intrusive thoughts? These feelings and experiences can impact our self-worth, mood, our relationships with our loved ones, and ability to move through the world. Through providing a safe, non-judgmental space I can help you process and heal from traumatic experiences, identify and build upon your strengths, develop a deeper connection with yourself and others, and live a more meaningful life. I use a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach to support you in reaching your goals.
I operate from a queer-affirming, neurodivergent-affirming lens and incorporate humour and compassion in my sessions. I work primarily in the areas of anxiety, childhood trauma, life transitions, relationships, identity exploration, self esteem and self compassion, dream work and sex and sexuality.
I welcome you to reach out for a free consultation, so we can connect further to see if my approach may be a good fit for you!
