I currently hold a certificate in Advanced ADHD for Children and Adults. I work mostly with young clients who are experiencing symptoms of ASD, ADHD, behavioural issues, and helping with emotion regulation, as well as helping children deal with their parents' divorce; I enjoy working with adults as well. I am also able to provide parenting support so you can help implement strategies at home. I always do my best to find fun ways to teach skills to my younger clients, ensuring that going to therapy is enjoyable, and not another chore. I want to help each of my clients reach their personal goals, whatever that may be.
I strive to make sure my clients are comfortable during sessions and hope to create a sense of peace and warmth. My office is a safe space for people of all races, religions, and sexual orientations. I favour a cognitive-behavioural approach to counselling, with my main goal being a strong therapeutic alliance with each of my clients.
