Healing does not have to happen in isolation. However, many of us are unfortunately taught that we have to manage our struggles alone. As a relational therapist, I believe that healing happens through connection—with ourselves, with others, and with the emotions and experiences that shape us. Sometimes, our lived experiences can leave us feeling disconnected from our emotions, our bodies, and each other, making it hard to know where to begin. I aim to offer a chance to start untangling those threads in a space that feels safe, compassionate, and affirming to your identity and story.

A session with me is warm, collaborative, and non-pathologizing. I utilize an integrative approach, pulling on trauma-informed and somatic practices to support us in getting curious with parts of ourselves that may feel stuck, disconnected, or in need of care. By connecting with these parts, we can begin to reshape what embodiment and empowerment feel like.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that healing is a radical, transformative act that extends beyond the self—it’s a reclamation of your power and a pathway toward a deeper connection with yourself, your relationships, and your community. If you're ready to begin, I invite you to reach out to book a free consultation to see if we're a good fit.
