Accepting new clients - Does your appearance or relationship with food consumes your day to day? Do you often worry what others think of you? Or rarely feel like enough? I support clients who struggle with eating disorders (like anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating), food restriction, emotional eating, overexercising, body image, and self-esteem. I know the path to recovery can feel scary. And... what lies on the other side of recovery is worth it. In an effort to shrink ourselves, we also end up shrinking our lives. I help my clients process emotions and past experiences, so they can invite all parts of themselves to the table and learn to see themselves clearly. Together, we'll take doable steps toward food and body freedom, unhook from cultural conditioning, explore embodiment, and building the internal safety necessary to take up more space in your life.
