Accepting clients - Do you overthink and judge everything you say? Are you reliving past or future events and feel stuck in worry and stress? Or, are you wanting to break family cycles and heal patterns? I support women as they reclaim their lives before the hurt — before the assault, eating disorder, or toxic relationship. Before anxiety and fear settled in. For many of my clients, unsupportive relationships have been their norm, and they identify with having absent, abusive, or emotionally unavailable parents and partners. Therapy can help you get to know yourself better, regain a sense of self and agency, and heal from the past.
I help clients process both small and big traumas. My approach targets the body and mind, and challenges cultural narratives so you can live a truly empowered life. I often work with people who want to unpack their childhood, heal from sexual assault, feel better in their body, or stop numbing with food.
I'm here to tell you that healing is possible, and despite what happened to you, you can break past cycles and create a deeply fulfilling life. I run an LGBTQ2SIA+ affirming, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed practice. To learn more and book a free consultation, please contact me via email.
